Our products are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans in Malawi using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each piece is made with care, ensuring high quality and uniqueness.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our beautiful Malawian furniture and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please get in touch for a quote. Please note, you will be responsible for local taxes and import duties.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and the availability of the item. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipping times vary. Custom or bespoke orders may take longer. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
8. What is your return policy?
If items are broken or defective we will be more than happy to replace them. You have 14 days to inform us. If you have changed your mind, you have 24 hours to cancel the order for a full refund. You will have to ship the item/s back to us at your cost if you changed your mind. If the item/s are defective we will cover the cost to get the items shipped back to us. Please send us photos in advance so we can assess the damage. Please note, variation of colours do not constitute as defective. Bespoke orders are not refundable or can’t be exchanged unless they are defective.

13. Are cushions included when buying chairs and sofas?
No, cushions are sold separately and are made to order.
14. Pre-Order or out of stock items?
We open pre-orders for sold-out items when we know they will be back in stock soon. Our products are hand-made thus take a little longer to get back in stock, usually up to three weeks. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your item before new stock becomes available.

Regularly dust your furniture using a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Keep your furniture indoors or in a sheltered area if used outdoors, as exposure to direct sunlight, rain, and humidity can cause damage. Use protective covers if the furniture is outside and bring it indoors during harsh weather conditions. Position your furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and warping. Utilise coasters and mats to protect surfaces from hot items, spills, and stains. Do not use bleach or other abrasive cleaning products.
Maintain your furniture by periodically tightening screws and joints to ensure stability. When moving furniture, lift it to avoid damaging legs and joints, and avoid placing heavy objects on pieces not designed to bear weight.
